摘要  丁苯酞是我国第一个具有自主知识产权的心血管类Ⅰ类新药,在临床上用于治疗缺血性脑卒中。丁苯酞虽然疗效确切,但水溶性差,使得丁苯酞衍生物成为了研究热点。本文从抗血小板聚集与抗血栓形成、线粒体保护、神经元细胞保护、抗氧化应激、促进神经再生5个方面综述丁苯酞及其衍生物对脑卒中作用机制的研究进展。
