他汀类药物与运动关系的研究进展

摘要:
摘要  他汀类药物可能产生肌肉相关性不良反应,本文回顾他汀类药物与运动之间的关系。他汀类药物的应用对服药者的心肺适能、运动表现和运动耐力无明显影响,但对肌肉力量可能产生不利影响仍未达成共识。运动训练时使用他汀类药物虽有不良事件发生,但能够更有效地降低心血管疾病的风险。
